Dental Implants Treatment Options
Single Implant Application
Dental Implant single implant application is a savior solution in cases where the patient does not want his or her other teeth to be cut due to the bridge procedure. Since the possibility of immediate loading is higher in a single implant procedure, the patient may not need to come for a second visit.
All on 4 Application
Contrary to popular belief, All on 4 application is not the placement of 12 or 14 crowns on just 4 implants. All-on 4 procedure is; The surgeon places the implants into the patient’s jawbone with spesific angles.
The reason for this is that the patient would not have enough bone in the upper or lower jaw molar teeth areas. For this reason, the all-on-4 system is applied when it is not possible to place more than 4 implants. The reason for placing the implants at an angle is that they undertake the task of dividing the pressure of the jawbone onto the implants.
In the all-on-4 procedure, crowns are placed on the implants with a screw system. The cementum system is not possible and the recommended number of crowns would be 12 per jaw and acrylic teeth.

This application generally consists of 6 implants to be placed in a single jaw and the crowns procedure to be placed on them for cases requiring full-mouth implants. As a result of applying all on 6 to both jaws, the full-mouth procedure is performed.
12 or 14 crowns can be placed on the implants. Both cement and screwing methods can be used in the placement method. Our surgeon will recommend the most suitable method for you.

Implant Supported Bridge Application
If there are loss of multiple teeth, an alternative option to fill in the gaps is to consider an implant-supported bridge procedure, which is also beneficial for oral health. During this process, the implants are initially positioned in the jawbone, followed by a waiting period of 3-4 months, or potentially longer based on the suggestions of the surgeon, to allow for proper healing.
During the second visit, the bridge procedure will commence following the examination and consent of the surgeon, which includes reviewing 2D and 3D x-rays or tomographic films. When it comes to implant-supported bridges, the bridges can either be attached to the implants using cement or screws. Our surgeon and dentist will assess your situation and suggest the most appropriate choice for you.
